81) Happy New Year 2014

A Happy New Year 2014 to everyone .I was not quite active the last few months in this blog but will definitely be more active in the year 2014 .I have right now cut off most of my Yoga teaching and devoting time for my own sadhana , study and writing . The Highlight of year 2013 was my visit to Rishikesh in April 2013 and Amritsar in October 2013 and both these visits had a great spiritual impact on me . Currently I am studying how to make a yoga practice more mindful and intelligent practice . Will share about it later but till then I am sharing some of the youtube videos here that I found  very useful .
